It would be nice to have a spatula but we made do. Great place and clean. I would stay again.

The condo is in an ideal location close to the Gondola and transportation. However there were a few issues with the condo.The sink in the kitchen was not working.It took the host 2 days to fix it.The biggest issue was the lack of privacy.The sliding door to the balcony has wooden blinds on one side and nothing in front of the sliding door. When I contacted the host, I was told the blinds in front of the sliding door were constanting being damaged by tenants and was removed.It is not clear to me why wooden blinds are being used in front of a sliding door. Suggest a curtain for ease of use but to have nothing there is not acceptable. The unit is on the lower floor and faces the parking lot and bus transportation. People walking by can see inside the unit.There were also 2 blinds out of 5 which could not be closed or opened,1 in the bedroom. Communication was also a problem. I received a notice that I would be receiving instructions on building access 3 days before my arrival.I called Vrbo 2 days before my arrival since I had not received instructions. Vrbo told me I would receive them 5 hours before my arrival which is unacceptable. When you are traveling the last thing you need to worry about it how to access the location. The instructions then magically showed up. The host was aware there were 2 guests however, they left 1 key card to enter the building. It took 2 days to provide a working key card. Check out instructions were provided 6:30AM day of departure, I left at 5AM.

The condo was perfect! It is very close to the gondola, shops and restaurants at River Run. Everything is within walking distance and the car never left the parking garage once we arrived. The unit is supplied with everything you'll need for your stay.... We will definitely stay here again. Communications with host were top notch!!!

The condo is in an amazing location. It has some pretty views from the balcony, and a nicely appointed kitchen and bathroom. The host is very responsive and also has a back up person if he is unavailable. Once you have gained access to the unit, there are some keys hanging by the door that open up the ski lockers that are on the main level.For those that book this place because it is listed as having an EV charger, it is very hard to find it in the parking garage. It’s on a sub level from where you pull in. There are four ChargePoint stations. They have very weak signal and so will your cell phone so have the ChargePoint card to activate them in the wallet on the phone. You will not be able to use the app on the phone to activate the charger. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Keystone.
